Privacy Policy

What we collect

Your email address and a hashed password when you create an account; a record of which plan you bought and when; and standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept for security and troubleshooting. We do not collect or store card numbers — payments are handled by Stripe, whose privacy policy applies to the checkout.

How we use it

To run your account and deliver what you paid for, to send you transactional messages (receipts, password resets, important service notices), to prevent abuse, and — only if you opt in — to send you the weekly picks email. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

One session cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. The board may remember your last-used tab in your browser's local storage.

Sharing

Stripe (payments), our hosting provider (running the site), and, if enabled, our email provider (sending messages). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We disclose information when required by law.

Retention and your rights

We keep account data while your account exists and for a reasonable period afterwards for tax and fraud-prevention purposes. Email blackboxbets@yahoo.com to access, correct or delete your data or to close your account.

Children

The service is for adults 21+ only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age.
